• Wellness & Health Data: For those participating in Private Mentorship or The ARCĨ Method, we may collect wellness histories, goals and health-related information to ensure your "Movement Architecture" is safe and effective. 

• Digital Date: We automatically collect standard information such as IP address, browser types and cookies to improve your experience on our sanctuary (website).

Your date is used solely to build your personalized path:

• To schedule and manage your mentorship and movement sessions.

• To tailor the ARCĨ Method to your specific physical and cognitive needs.

• To send your relevant updates from the ARCĨ Journal (only if you have opted in).

White ARCĨ Wellness LLC provides coaching and mentorship rather than clinical medical treatment, we choose to align our data handling the high-level privacy standards.

• We use secure, encrypted platforms for scheduling and communication. 

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. 

• Your "Story" remains confidential, shared only with your consent or as required by law.

SECURE PAYMENT PROCESSING 

Third-Party Payment Encryption: Payment are processed through a secure, third party portal that industry leading encryption (PCI-DSS compliance). This means your sensitive billing data is sent directly to the payment processor; ARCĨ Wellness LLC never has access to, nor store, your full credit card number or security codes.

WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT

• To ensure your financial "Architecture" is fully protected, ARCĨ Wellness LLC does not collect or store your credit card or bank account information. All financial transactions are handed through our secure, encrypted ARCĨ Wellness LLC portal.

You are the architect of your data. At any time, you may: 

• Request access to the personal information we hold. 

• Request that we correct or delete your data.

• Opt-out of any marketing communications.
