ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By Accessing the ARCĨ Wellness LLC and utilizing the ARCĨ Method or Private Mentorship services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all guest, clients, and visitors.

PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER (The "Safe Sanctuary" Clause)

ARCĨ Wellness LLC, and its founder and team, provide wellness coaching, movement architecture, and chronic condition management strategies. These services are not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our coaches are trained in Wellness Coaching and Emotional Architect, however, we are not licensed physician or psychiatrist.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medial condition.
Participation in "The ARCĨ Method" (Pilates, Yoga, Barre) is at the client's own risk.

Intellectual Property

The content, logo, branding, and the proprietary "ARCĨ Method of Movement Architecture" are the intellectual property of ARCĨ Wellness LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or "redesign" our proprietary materials for commercial use with our express written consent.

Mentorship & Session Policies

Scheduling: All session are booked via the official ARCĨ portal.
Cancellations: We value the time dedicated to your evolution. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session credit.

Refunds

While we are committed to your transformation, payment for completed sessions are digital products are non-refundable.

Privacy & Ethics

Your story is held in the highest regard. ARCĨ Wellness LLC operates in alignment with privacy standards to ensure your personal data and session discussions remain confidential. Please refer to or Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data in compliance with relevant regulations.

Radical Accountability (User Conduct)

ARCĨ Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or the "Architecture of Life" framework.
